SELF-EMPLOYED BARRISTER AUTHORISED TO CONDUCT LITIGATION UNDERPUBLIC ACCESS SCHEME

A solicitor usually briefs a barrister on a case in the higher courts. The barrister then presents the case to the court.

Zaheer Ahmad, having vast experience in the above areas of law, has registered himself as a self-employed barrister who has been authorised to conduct litigation on client’s behalf under Public Access Scheme which means that he can take your instructions, prepare the case, serve the legal documents on the Court on client’s behalf, and keep his name on the record of Court, and accepts all documents from Court on behalf of the client, and is, therefore, capable of offering a complete service to all clients without the need for a Solicitor.

Please see page “PUBLIC ACCESS WITH AUTHORIZATION TO CONDUCT LITIGATION“.

Engaging such kind of barrister gives the client the benefit of having the equivalent of a Solicitor to give advice from the start of a case to the finish, whether it be in the Small Claims Court or in the House of Lords.

When you experience a problem, everything can change – we know that at Regents Pak Chambers. With more than a century of combined experienced litigating on our clients’ behalf, you can focus on your family, instead of finding yourself overwhelmed and worried about your court case.
