Hourly rates range from £150 – £350 per hour dependant upon the area of law concerned, the experience of counsel and the complexity and significance of the work. The above fee is exclusive of VAT. Our VAT number is 437293289.
When agreeing fixed fees in relation to any case or hearing – whether with professional or public access clients – there are a number of factors which are relevant :
- The area of law concerned and the issues at stake.
- The experience level of the chosen barrister.
- The volume of the paperwork involved.
- The complexity of any legal issues.
- The estimated length of any court hearing.
Fee Ranges
Initial consultation to assess suitability for public access-Free
Conference for advice (Per Hour): £100-£150
Written advice (Per Hour) £150 to £200
Negotiations with other party (Per Hour) £150 to £200
However, the above fee may vary depending on the complexity of the case.
All information is correct as of today, but fees are estimates only. Once we know more about your case we will be able to assess any fees with greater precision.
Additional Cost
Any Additional costs will be dependent on the nature and complexity of case and you will be informed of this in advance before any further work is undertaken.
Photocopying: Usually, the client will have to provide all documents and if we have to copy any documents, we will charge you 10 pence per page.
